No, it is not compatible. You can use the hub alone or get it with a remote.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. The 700 is a IR remote. You need a remote made for the hub. They state in the write up if it is compatible with the hub. I use my phone. Never use remote anymore since got harmony hub and downloaded app.
