• You can upgrade to one of the touchscreen Harmony Remotes. This page will tell you which models will work with the hub: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/harmony-add-on Try Logitech customer support if you are looking to simply replace the remote, or you can just use a smartphone or tablet for the job.

• This did not come with a remote. Just the hub. Google Nest handles most functions just just fine. Alexa too. What it can't handle the Harmony phone app does.
