• Google Home, Mini, Chromecast, and TV - YES. Not sure what the use case for your new remote and your thermostat is, but probably not - you will have to stick to using the Google Home/Mini to make changes to your home temp. The firestick will work in the sense that you can change to that input with the remote, but it wont do more than that and it wont make it work any better with Google Home/Mini since Amazon and Google aren't exactly BFFs/

• Yes it can be programmed to turn all of them on at the same time and it can be programmed for each individual device

• Yes, it will link them all together it works on up to 8 we have an older model Zenith Surround Sound unit, DVR, DirectTV, Chromecast to our Emerson TV
