No it will not. At least we haven't been able to figure it out if it's possible.

What they don't tell you is that you need a separate adapter switch that sits on top of your entertainment cabinet and talks between the remote and the console via Blue Tooth. I did a quick websearch and it looks like the remote might able to talk to XBOX 1 on its own: http://www.gottabemobile.com/2013/11/30/use-logitech-harmony-remote-xbox-one/
