• The mouse works with either hand and the buttons can be switched with your mouse control software, if desired. When my right hand becomes tired from using a mouse, I trained myself to just move the mouse to the other side and leave the mouse buttons as they are, so that can be done also.

• This is primarily a right handed mouse. The side buttons conform for a right handed person's thumb. That being said, the shape is ambidextrous, so lefties and righties can use it no problem
