• Hello, the bluetooth adapter must be connected to a device, via aux or rca cables, that will be your audio equipment/source, In turn this will allow for separate BT devices to be connected as an output.

• Yes! The device comes with a power cable and must be plugged directly into the wall for power. It cannot pull power from the speakers you connect it to. Once plugged into the power outlet it can connect to any audio device that has an RCA cable connection.
