• YES!! That is exactly what I bought it for. My Onkyo receiver didn't have bluetooth so I bought this adapter, hooked it up to the "dock" rca plug on the back and it works perfectly! Just make sure your receiver has an "in" port on the back and you're good to go!

• Yes, but it may not work for long. You might be better off buying Chromecast Audio. That's what I did and am much happier.

• Yes, just pair up the devices and all audio from the mobile device will play on the stereo.
