“My noise reducing headphone is connected to receive blue tooth signal from my Denon AVR-X2600H receiver, but it does not have volume control and the voices on my TV are out of sync, Would this product correct either or both of these problems? How? Thanks.”

This Logitech Wireless Bluetooth Speaker Adapter is designed for home stereos and speakers systems. Not for headsets unfortunately. - Will, Logitech.
