Hello Ralph, The Wireless Bluetooth Speaker Adapter works with any device with either a headphone jack 0.14 in (3.5 mm) or RCA inputs including most computer speakers, home stereo systems, and/or AV receivers and allows you to then connect to two separate Bluetooth devices like your iPhone. If you have a mic and speaker connected to your iPhone and it's paired to the Bluetooth Adapter, you should be fine having your phone calls going through. - Richard from Logitech
