This headset works perfect for me. We babysit my 3 year old nephew who loves to scream. my customers would get upset because they could hear him in the background. I bought this headset and now they can't hear him anymore. This headset is amazing

I would suggest that you use the Logi Tune app since it allows you to have more control over your audio levels on the mic. If you are using a work computer you might need your IT to download the software or get authorization. The default is good enough but you may get some clipping which is just a technical way of saying distortion from audio overloads.
