Q: Questioni purchase this zone 750 headset and the mute button doesnt work anymore --- what can cause it not to work anymore

• A:Answer I experienced the same problem with Zone 750 headset initially. But soon I figured that it wasn't actually a glitch, but rather a smart feature. The microphone is automatically switched to mute when the mic boom is rotated to an upright position - aligned with the head. And the mute will be automatically turned off when the boom is brought closer to the mouth, i.e. speaking position. Unmuting the mike is not possible if the arm is in an upright position. Q: QuestionDoes only the microphone have noise cancelling, or does the audio (ear cups) also have noise cancelling?

• A:Answer It’s an on ear design that does not provide any isolation. There is also no active noise canceling included. It is good enough to allow you to hear the audio from your device over ambient noises like in a busy coffee shop.
