Tried them for daily use at work for staff who are regularly on phones. Pros: noise cancellation, ease of use, features. Very comfortable. Cons: too many updates(stops working when there are updates pending) updates almost every week. Build quality (right ear has gone out on 6 of 10 headsets we’ve had. Currently working with Logitech support to replace them. Good service from them.

This headset worked perfectly for 3 months, then the audio on one earpiece when out. I purchased this as my daily use headset for work. It was immediately compatible with zoom, MS Teams, and Skype, it solved many configuration issues that I had experienced with AirPods. Audio is very clear both ways and the headset is comfortable. I used this headset 5 days a week for 3 months and was very satisfied with the purchase, then one day the right earpiece no longer had sound. I am giving this a poor rating because given the brand and the price, I would expect the product to work for at least a year. I take good care of my devices and I’m careful not to pull on the cords. Although I use them daily, I would not describe my usage to be rough or heavy duty. During the 3 months this headset worked, I had no complaints. By comparison, low end gaming headsets in the range of $50 have lasted me between 1 and 2 years with the same type of usage, however sound quality was not comparable.

I am extremely pleased with the new Logitech Zone 750 Wired Over-Ear Headset! I have a lot of meetings over the web, usually webex or Microsoft Teams. The moment I plugged in this headset, an immediate prompt showed up telling me I just plugged in a Teams compatible device and showed me a quick preview on how to operate the headset. I was excited to use this device for my meetings throughout the day. I was not disappointed. My first meeting during the day with this headset gave clear audio and the cups sat perfectly on my ears making the surrounding noise minimal. I further tested the headset by creating a webex meeting with a peer and having a few other colleagues stand around making noise and talking. The colleague on the other end said they could not hear anyone else talking. The noise canceling mic on the headset works flawlessly. I love that there is two ways to mute yourself on a call, either press the mute button or simply put the mic boom in the up position. You can hear a woman's voice say "mute on" or "mute off" to ensure you are either muted or not. Hearing the people in a meeting is clear and concise, without major bass. While testing this headset in meetings showed a high treble tone I was worried about the rest of the day, so I needed to try it with some music. I was very surprised to hear that even music sounded great on these headphones. They had a nice full range of audio that helped the day go by with my favorite music mix playing in the background. They certainly are not audiophile headphones, but they did the job perfectly while at work and even music sounded great. Pros: -The noise canceling mic works like a dream. Especially if you have kids or loud coworkers in the background. -The option to use USB-C or a regular USB-A -Soft carrying pouch is perfect to protect the headset and keep it debris free. -Sound quality is great for both listening and the receiving end on calls/meetings -Music sounds great, nice range from lows to highs -Microsoft Teams compatible device -VERY comfortable to wear for hours -Easy to use and easy to operate buttons on the wire. -Packs small when in the pouch Cons: -Not a headset for strictly listening to music or wanting audiophile type sound, this is more of a work type of headset. In all, I am very happy I picked up the Logitech Zone 750 Wired Over-Ear Headset. This has made my day at work much more pleasant. I have a lot of meetings and occasional phone calls to take, and this headset makes it feel more natural and is easier to manage. If you have meetings or phone calls either in the office or if you work from home, I recommend this product. My coworkers were ogling my new headset and they are probably going to also pick up a pair for themselves.

The Logi Zone 750 headset is lightweight, comfortable, and has good sound quality. The memory foam on-ear pads are soft and remain cool and comfortable during extended wear. The headset connects to devices via a non-detachable six-foot USB-C cable. A small USB-C to USB-A adapter is included if needed. Sound is loud, clear, and mostly distortion free. Individual voices are easily decipherable and distinguishable during calls with multiple participants on the remote side. I seldom hear any muffled or distorted sounds during calls or meetings. On the rare occasions I do hear any distortion, it is typically minor clipping lasting a second or less. It could easily be app related rather than the headset. The inline controller has a talk button, volume adjustment, mic mute and media play/pause buttons. The talk and mic mute buttons are illuminated. The purple illumination of the talk button coordinates nicely with the Teams theme and the talk button launches Teams when pressed. The mic can be muted via the controller button or by raising the boom. Voice prompts supplement the visual confirmations for certain features. This Zone 750 sounds good when playing most genres of music if bass frequencies remain at moderate levels. Deep bass and sub-bass cause noticeable distortion. Logitech offers the free downloadable Logi Tune app which can be used to adjust sound settings. The app is available for Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS. It includes a graphic equalizer that allows the use of presets or manual adjustments. The Logi Tune app also allows users to test headset performance and apply firmware updates. The noise cancelling mic is superb. Even with significant background noise, remote parties advised me it sounds like I am in a totally quiet room. I thought they were simply being polite but I later tested the mic in the Teams configuration utility and verified it was true. The mic does not pick up any ambient noise away from the mic unless it is considerably loud. Normal ambient sounds like people chattering, office machines running or even a television at moderate volume (which I used to test) are completely silent to parties on the other end. The build quality seems reliable and durable. The headset survived being tossed 14 feet up my walkway to my front door by the delivery person. It slammed against the front door and landed with a loud thud that could be heard all the way in the rear of the house yet the headset was completely unscathed. The protective packaging was all plastic and cardboard. It wasn't enshrouded in bubble wrap or other soft protective material. I am not complaining here about delivery, just merely sharing that it was able to withstand such abuse and still works flawlessly. This makes me confident it would survive a full body height or desk height drop. A soft fabric storage pouch with a small separate interior pocket for the USB receiver is included.

    Great for the new normal

Ever since the pandemic began a little over a year ago, my work has integrated video conferencing/meetings heavily into our everyday work routines. Although it seems like the world is starting to get back to normal, it looks like Teams, Meets, and Zoom meetings are here to stay. I have used regular headphones that I have around the house, both wired and wireless, but they didn’t really work well in meetings. The wireless would have connection or delay issues, and music headphones had poor mics, so I didn’t sound clear to others. So, this brings us to the Logitech Zone 750. This checks off just about everything you could ask for in a great headset for meetings. They are light and super comfortable. They are over the ear headsets, which means they sit on your ears. This had me a little worried since these types of headsets sometimes apply too much pressure and press my ears into my glasses. I was happy to see that this headset does not have this problem. I’ve worn them for hours at a time and have felt no discomfort on my ears or head. The sound is truly clear, and you can even adjust it with the Logi Tune app. This app will show you some tutorials on how to get the most out of the headset in meetings. It also allows you to adjust the sound settings. Voices come out noticeably clear, and they also work extremely well for listening to podcasts and audiobooks. They also work well with some music. If you are listening to bass heavy music, these aren’t going to be great for that, even after adjusting the EQ for extra bass. Other music that does not rely on bass, sounds great; again clear highs and mids. A few other nice features are the flip up of the mic to mute yourself. This is so great considering that I worry often in meetings if I am muted. This takes away some of that anxiety. The other nice feature is that it does a good job of just broadcasting your voice and not so much of what might be happening in the room around you. It uses a noise cancellation mic feature that lets only your voice pass through in the mic, keeping your noisy background noise out. The inline controls are also great. You get a very bright mute notification, play/pause, call, and volume buttons. Another thing that I appreciate is that the headset plugs in with a USB-C connection which works well on my computer, but it also includes a USB-A adapter. This adapter comes in handy with one of my computers at work which only has USB-A ports. This headset is great for meetings or listening to spoken word media. Voices come out very crisp and clear. The flip to mute feature is great, the inline controls are super convenient and easy to use, and the noise canceling mic does a great job of muting your noise environment while you speak. This headset is great for anyone looking for something comfortable, and that sounds great for meetings.

Clear noise-free sound for conference calls

I have been using the Logitech - Zone 750 Wired Noise Canceling Over-Ear Headset for about a week now and so far they offered the most reliable solution for working from the home office. I used them successfully with WebEx and Microsoft Teams on Windows 10 Pro. The integration with Teams is super nice as it automatically detects them as the default computer audio device and it also recognizes the physical mute button on the in-line controls on the wire. I also used them with Zoom on my Chromebook with the USB-C adapter. The best feature is the advanced noise-canceling microphone which blocks out most of the surrounding noises and only focuses on your voice. Additionally the simple controls built in-line with the cable give you quick and easy access to mute, volume, answer, hang-up, and play/pause music. If you want to further fine-tune the sound EQ to your liking and other settings and features like sidetone volume, voice prompts, rotate/flip mic up to mute, you can use the Logi Tune App. All in all, this headset offers superior sound quality especially for conference calls. They’re well built, soft padded “pleather” and fairly light weight, which makes them pretty comfortable for prolonged use. Your ears may get sweaty after a while, but I would still recommend these for work calls if you can afford them or better yet have your employer pay for them.

    Excellent Office/Productivity Headset

The Logitech Zone 750 is a wired USB connected headset aimed at the office/professional user segment. I have used a variety of headsets over the years for office use – Jabra and Plantronics models, but this is my first Logitech office headset. I am currently working from home while the pandemic rolls along, as well as office construction keeps me from going in. When I am in the office I rotate between my Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 (a gaming over the ear headset with a Bluetooth puck for syncing your phone) and my on ear Jabra Evolve 30. I use the Evolves strictly for calls where I need a little better mic noise isolation than the TB’s provide. Otherwise I use the TB’s for greater comfort and sound quality to listen to music – also a much longer cord. Now I would like to ditch juggling 2 headsets once I head back into the office – that’s where the Zone 750’s come in to find that middle ground. Like my Jabra’s the Zone 750 is a wired, on ear headset with a rotatable boom mic. The 750 only offers USB connections. A USB C is the default connector but you can use the included adapter to connect to standard USB port. Upon plugging the 750 into my computer (I used both USB connections – I found no difference in usage) my Win10 machine recognized and setup my headset. Since I use Teams I had a popup that said my device is certified for use with Microsoft Teams. The boom mic can be fully rotated for either left ear or right ear users. When the boom is rotated into the up-position it switches the mute function on. The cable itself is actually fairly long at around 80” – this provides some freedom of movement while tethered or allows for a long reach to workstation PC. Located about 20” down from the headset is the inline control. The control module has can control volume, toggle the mute, answer/hang-up/hold calls, and play/pause/skip music selections. The play/pause and call buttons are both multi-functioned. For play/pause one press plays or pauses, 2 presses skips forward, and 3 presses skips back. For the call button 1 press answers/hangs up, and a 2 sec press on incoming calls lets you reject. If no calls are incoming or ongoing, pressing the call button for 2 seconds will trigger your voice assistant if you have it setup. The headset construction feels solid and robust enough. There are not swiveling/twisting earcups on the 750 for the earcup attachment point is more rigid. The earcups are mated to a metal band that slides into the main headband. The headband is lightly padded with and sits at 7/8” wide. This seems a little thin for long term usage combined with the lighter padding, but the headset is fairly lightweight, which helps offset this. Each earcup is loaded with a 40mm driver (fairly standard size for a lot of headphones). The earcups are 2.5” across and come with about 5/8” of soft padding (padding compresses about 1/8-1/4” when squished) wrapped in a leatherette material. The boom mic features active noise cancellation through the use of a dual mic setup. This helps block out environmental sounds while allowing your voice to come through clearly. The 40mm drivers have pretty standard specs as far as sensitivity and frequency response go - they are lower on the impedance scale (32 ohms), so they won’t draw a lot of power if you are mobile. Included with the headset is a carrying pouch and the aforementioned USB C to USB A adapter. The carrying pouch is a nice, but fairly basic nylon (maybe polyester) bag with a draw cord and cinch. Inside the pouch is a mini pouch for holding the adapter, which is a nice little touch to avoid losing it. For my usage I have been using Microsoft Teams and listening to music, as well as connecting it to my Android phone via the USB C port. I also downloaded the Logi Tune app that lets me set my mic level, side tone, and equalizer. The Teams integration is seamless. Plug it in and its ready to go. The call controls work without a hitch. The noise cancelling mic keeps me sounding crisp and clear and that’s with several fans (2 tower fans and a box fan) running within 5 feet of me. So far this mic has the best noise cancellation I have come across in any of my headsets. The on-ear-cups do a pretty decent job of blocking out some external noise but fall short of their over-the-ear competition. With the Logi Tune app I set my equalizer based on my usage – Podcast setting for calls and volume boost for music. For music I stayed away from bass boost because things sounded too flat. Overall the headphones are OK for music. The ear cups don’t provide enough isolation or give a good enough seal to let the drivers shine. They don’t do too bad, but they are just a little flat compared to my over-ear headsets using similar 40mm drivers. For calls and presentations the podcast setting is excellent. Voices come through super clear and easy to hear. Using with my phone was pretty easy. Just plug in most of the features transfer over. The biggest exception is the call button is no longer functional, and its answer/hang up function is delegated to the play/pause button. You are also not able to reject a call as far as I can tell. It is very clear that office work is the main focus of these headphones, and for that they do excellent. For music though I might still want to use my other over-ear headsets if I want to shut things out with some music when meetings aren’t happening. Overall these are really excellent office/productivity focused headphones. I will be ditching my Evolves and using these exclusively for office work. The mic is excellent and does a great job blocking out ambient noise. The sidetone control is excellent and it really helps to hear yourself when you are talking and have headphones one. I wish these were a little more comfortable for me. Part of it is I’m not a huge fan of on-ear headsets because I wear glasses and they don’t play nice with on-ear for long term comfort. However, I can wear these headphones for a several hours without issue, so it’s not too big of a deal.

About the Logitech Zone 750 Over-Ear Headset The Logitech Zone 750 is an easy to use over the ear headset designed for use with desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. It has simple controls and is mostly plug and play. The sound quality is good and it uses noise cancellation to suppression background noise. What It Comes With The packaging includes the wired headset, a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and a carrying case. The Set-up Set-up is pretty easy. For a desktop or laptop you plug it in, download the Logi Tune app, and confirm with a speak & listen sound test. The Logi Tune app has an EQ to use to adjust audio settings. When the headset was being set-up I received a confirmation from MS Teams that it worked with that application. For a smartphone, it worked when plugging straight in to the USB-C port. Comfort & Audio Quality The headset is comfortable on the ears, and the headband is adjustable. The sound quality is good, and the noise cancellation feature helps that quite a bit. There are controls on the wire that allow you to Mute/Unmute, Pick Up/Hang Up, adjust volume, or skip/rewind for music. Overall As a whole, this is a pretty solid headset. Things worked well during the install. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and has good sound quality. The only negative that I can find is that it is wired. Otherwise, this works as intended.

The Logitech Zone 750 headset is a wired headset that has a USB-C connection and comes with a USB-A adaptor to plug into your computer. You can also purchase an attachment to connect the USB-C end of the headset to your iPhone. The quality of the sound or call does not diminish with the attachments. The cord that attaches the headset to your device is about 79 inches (from where it plugs into your device all the way to the actual headset). It has a Velcro strap to tie up the cord neatly. The cord also has a control button where you can control the volume, press a call button, a play button for music and a mute button. The play button-if you press once, it plays/pauses the song. If you press it twice, it skips to the next song. If you press it three times, it skips backward to the previous song. The actual headset has a rotating mic. If you position the mic straight up, you will hear a voice telling you that the mic is muted. You can rotate the mic in either direction to turn the mic on again. The closer you have the mic to your mouth the louder it sounds to the other person. The ear pads on the headset are on the ear. They are surprisingly comfortable. I’ve worn them for an hour at a time and did not experience any discomfort. There is also padding on the head strap which was comfortable for me. I have very short hair, so the head strap was sitting directly on my head. The head strap also has the L/R indicators on the inside of the strap. Right above the indicators, it also has the Braille version of the indicators. The mic is located on the left side. However, the mic can rotate so that you can have the mic on the right side if you turn the headset around. The sound in the headset is also surprisingly good. It has a good deep bass sound, and voices are crisp and clear. If you call the other person on their phone, it sounds like a phone call, nothing is muffled. I was told my voice sounds like it is in between a phone call and a pilot speaking over the intercom on a plane. But it was still a clear crisp sound. There was no lag time between what I was hearing and seeing on the screen. The other person was not able to hear any sounds other than my voice.the notice around me was a muted quite a bit so I was able to hear the sounds through the headset clearly. I would definitely recommend this headset.

I spend most of my work days on meetings and was looking for a great wired headset (wireless tend to die on me a lot). Logitech Z750 turned to be an amazing choice! It's solidly built, USB-A and USB-C compatible (included cable is USB-C but C to A adapter is included in the box) and provides a great sound quality! It works out of the box, just plug it in and any meeting software (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx) works with it, but if you like a little bit more controls - you can optionally install Logi Tune software from a Logitech web site which will allow you to Fine tune your meeting experience. Adjsutments include - Sidetone - which is how much of your own voice do you hear? I normally have this set to 70% so I don't feel weird not listening to myself. Mic Level and Equalizer settings (possible EQ options - Default, Volume boost, Podcast and Bass boost). I have my EQ set to default all the time. Additionally you can choose if you would like Voice Prompts (such as Mute On/Mute Off prompts) and to automatically mute you if mic boom is positioned facing up (out of the way). Headset comes with a little in-line remote about 2 feet away from the headphones which allows you to quickly mute/unmute, adjust volume and pickup or drop the call. Headset can be work with mic boom on the left or right side (however the assumption is that it's on the left, but that only matters if you listening to the stereo podcast) Overall - it's a great choice for a whole day teleconference, however if you do have a big head like I do - it may be pressing on your ears a bit too much. I took 1 star off just because I do feel a little discomfort on my ears after a prolonged period of time and have to slide the ear cushions forward just a little big, this reduces background noise isolation but stops the discomfort.

I use headsets mostly for gaming/Discord, sometimes listening to music, movies, etc. I was tired of these big clunky gaming headsets, looking for something light and comfortable, versatile, with decent sound. This set really fits the bill. Very comfortable, good sound, excellent mic. I like that it is USB-C and comes with the adaptor for USB-A and a nice storage bag. It uses very basic software, which I like. Has everything I need. Noise canceling mic works well. No latency on Discord. Easy mute button or just flip the mic up to mute. Voice cue tells you mute is on/off, which is fantastic. Makes for a very enjoyable gaming experience. Stays comfy for 4 or 5 hours, then you start to feel them. The sound is not as impressive as a gaming headset. The bass is a bit thin. That’s fine for me. The sound is clear. That’s what I want. One caution, I tried these with my phone, Galaxy Note 9. They were not fully phone functional. I could listen to music but they did not work for calls. Bottom line, these were pricey, but for me, worth it. Glad I got ‘em. Will be using these all the time. PS Logitech products are always quality, great bang for the buck.

I usually prefer over the ear rather than on the ear headphones as I find them more comfortable to wear but this set, even though they are have the ear pads, is still quite comfortable to wear. The actual ear cups don't "rotate" but there is enough "give" to them that they can be worn with the mic on either side of the head comfortably. Sound quality it quite good and it has a noise-cancelling mic. When the mic is muted, a little digital voice reminds you that it's muted along with a red LED on the control unit. A word about muting: When you rotate the mic up away from your mouth, it senses that and auto-mutes the mic. This cannot be overridden with the mute button on the control unit. When the mic is raised, it's muted...period. It had me for a while until I realized it was equipped with this feature. Had I read the instructions a bit more carefully, I would have been aware of this feature and it would have alleviated some "head scratching" wondering why I couldn't take it off mute. I haven't had it long enough to determine how well it will hold up to routine use but it seems sturdy enough. It's a good, relatively light-weight headset/mic set up and I recommend it.

In todays virtual workspace it is important to have good audio that not only gives you the privacy that you need but that allows you to be heard clearly and with out the background noice. Week at least this does a good job of muffling those ambient noises. The Logi Zone 750 is a wired headset that allows you to listen to your computer audio and the retractable mic lets you take calls or speak in the online meeting while reducing the background noice. It uses the not standard USB type C connection, so you should be able to use this on your computer or smart device. I used it on my MacBook, iPad, and Windows Computer. If you’re not updated to that standard and still only have USB Type A, no worries. Logi was nice enough to include a USB–C to USB–A adapter at no extra cost. The headset is pretty light and comfortable. I didn’t get that hot ears I get from other headsets. It’s and on ear design so your not going to get active noise canceling but the audio is good enough that you will be able to hear over the ambient noises and dog barks. The mic allows you to mute by raising it up and when you have it down your audio is enhanced to cancel out those ambient noises and dog barks. It’s not going to make it go away but it will dramatically reduce them. Or at least enough that they aren’t going to take over your online meeting. There is also an in-line control on the wire you plug in to your device. That allows you to take a call from the control, control the volume and even mute the microphone. Logitech did a good job including audio cues so you hear when the mic is muted and unmuted. You can even play and pause music or whatever other non-distracting sub service you are using in between calls and meetings. I would recommend that you use the Logi Tune app, since it gives you more controls over your audio levels. You can increase the in-line monitoring and get the right levels for your voice so your not clipping or sounding distorted on the other end. If you have a Logi web cam that is supported, you can even control the settings for that camera through the app too. That makes for the best visual and audio experience for those on the other side of your online meeting. Unfortunately the app does not support the wired version of this headset on the mobile platform. At least not on iOS or iPad OS. I don’t have any android devices to test that out on so, if that’s you good luck and let us know if it works on those products. I am a nerd for carrying cases or pouches. Logi includes an soft microfiber-esque pouch to carry and protect your headset while its in your bag. I really like that they included that. Like really, really, liked that. But again, I am a pouch and carrying case nerd. As they say, IYKYK. If you’re looking for a headset that will get you through online meetings or virtual classrooms that won’t break the bank and doesn’t feel cheap, all wile providing you with the privacy and reducing the embarrassing noises around you, then This is your headset. I would recommend it. Why wires? Well as advanced as technology goes, we still aren’t at the point where Bluetooth is reliable enough to cancel out the ambient noises without a lag, it can barely stay connected. Nothing is worse than fumbling with your Bluetooth settings when you are trying to join in on those important meeting. Wires give you the reliability that you need and the bonus is that you never have to charge them up before you need to use them.

The sound quality of both the audio input and output are great! They're very comfortable and light, so after a couple of hours of use, I forgot I even had them on. Noice reduction is also amazingly top quality. Only downside, they are not for the long run. After 5 months of daily use, one of the earbuds' covers started tearing and now I can't find a replacement for it. Also, the microfone is now failing and keeps cutting off the output audio.

This headset is so comfy, clear and crispy sound. I went from office sent Jabra that didnt last to this one and purchased it on my own. I have been using it for year now. No issues. I have been working from home 8+ years it was time to upgrade to all Logi acdessories: MX keys keyboard, MX mouse, and this headset! Its easy to use, love that all products usually come with dust bag (pack and go). What makes this headset special besides quality is that comes w USB converter so use it as USBC or USB. This made a big difference not having so many ports on the Dell laptop and then connect via adapter if needed. Logitech is the brand to go with for daily computing, work and needs.
