If you have the Fusion NVR - yes you can. 1. Go to your NVR and login (admin pswd) - 2. right click on your main screen. - 3. Select Camera Registration 4. Select device search. It will find your doorbell which will be listed at the top of the screen - 5. Select Add - the doorbell will then appear on the bottom list of devices. It will have a RED circle status light 6. Select Reconnect ICP button 7. Enter the password you created for your doorbell when you installed it. It will tuen be connected - note - I don’t think this will work for the DVR as it is not intended to. This is only if you have their Fusion NVR. Also note that because this is an add on device, once you add it to your NVR, you will now see it twice listed on your Lorex Home app. Go to YouTube - you’ll see a video explaining all of the above. https://youtu.be/LbE8CZMLB5I

Although advertised as "WIRED" it is actually a WiFi device and it is not connected to your DVR/NVR like the wired cameras you have installed. The only wiring that it uses is your existing doorbell wiring to power the camera so it doesn't need batteries. It will record motion when it senses movement but to view or monitor the recording you have to use the Lorex Home app on your smartphone or tablet. This Lorex Doorbell is actually a standalone device and DOES NOT tie into your Lorex POE DVR/NVR so you cannot monitor the area like you do with the other cameras on your system. If you want a doorbell that works with your Lorex DVR/NVR it needs - 1) To be a true POE device (plugs in via cat5/6 cable) - 2) Supports the universal RTSP stream protocol and - 3) be compatible with Onvif specifications. To date.. the best and easiest to install on a Lorex system that meets these three requirements is the YooSee SD-M5 doorbell. Other than purchasing the the doorbell you will also need to purchase a Ubiquiti INS-3AF-I-G adapter (it transforms the PoE (Power over Ethernet) from your Lorex DVR.NVR device into the required 802.3af-compatible voltage required by the SD-M5 doorbell. NET: Simply run a cat5/6 cable to the SD-M5 doorbell connect the other end of the Cat5/6 into the Ubiquiti INS-3AF-I-G adapter and then plug the Ubiquiti INS-3AF-I-G adapter into your Lorex DVR/NVR and all is good. You can monitor and record 24/7. For more information... just head over to ipcamtalk.com/forum and scroll down until you see the Doorbell section.
