I have zero wireless capabilities on my property i.e.: no wireless internet, no wifi, no cell service. I know I would not be able to access remotely, but can the cameras still send signal/video to the monitor without the presense of a wifi network? null

You do not need Wifi or internet to run cameras. Monitor from camera system is all you need to view and record video activity. If you want to view remotely then you need wifi/internet.

Yes the monitor system receive a signal I don't think that will be a problem
