“Is this small system weatherproof? I'm leery if something is only "weather resistant". If it's going to be outside in rain, wind, snow etc, it has to be weatherproof. Anyone know?”

I have 2 of the LW2780 series systems. The camera's are indoor/outdoor per instructions. I put them up in the early part of summer and we are now into winter in Oregon with lots of rain for days on end and snow at times. They work perfectly in the wind, rain and snow. A person should be aware these cameras have a 12 ft power cord joined together by male/female slip plug that has a electrical plug on the other end which need an outlet nearby to power the camera, which somewhat limits placement. I am very pleased with the clarity of the night vision recording which on other camera's I've had were just about useless beyond 15 ft from camera. Obviously the monitor panel is indoors only.
