• A:Answer Your connections should be in your attic, out of sight. I understand that cat 5 will not give you 4K but will work for 1080p. I wouldn't swear to this thought. Mine came with cable for each unit. The cables were 100 feet.

• A:Answer Yes but not the mounting box that can contain the CAT5 and move the camera about 2.5” off the mounting surface. That’s additional piece to buy separate. This system comes with mount affixed to the camera and can be adjusted in 3 planes. It is circular and has hole for 3 screws to attach to the surface you are mounting it on. Also comes with templates to mark before you drill for you mount.
