Q: What operating temps are the cameras good for? How long are the cables that come with the cameras?
A: I received my system yesterday, it comes with 100 feet of wiring for each camera. this is a very nice system, will provide a review once I have this installed and running.
Q: Can the lights on the cameras be disabled or do they always turn on with motion?
A: The motion light can be disabled in the settings. You can also adjust how long they stay on for after a motion detection event or switch between a constant light or strobe feature.

A: Yes, the system record all audio also.
A: The Lorex POE system comes with several 100 ft rolls of Ethernet cable. Yes and it does continuously record. What I like about system is that you can turn notifications off but still recording. Great system. I had the Arlo wireless system before this and would highly recommend lorex over any wireless system.
A: The NVR provides it so all u have to do is run your cat5 wire from NVR to camera and u got power.
Q: Is there two way audio? How good is the audio?
A: Yes, 2 way audio. I had some difficulty getting the mic to work consistently on the app. Speaker volume is a little weak but my cameras are fairly far from people. I did expect to be louder. There is some delay in video on app so having an actual conversation is probably difficult. I have actually tors that yet.
Q: who services this system at what expense?
A: No service contract. No monitoring company. The system records to a hard drive and you can set up notifications via the app to view events such as motion of people, vehicles.
