Hi Dave! Yes, the Tala uses ADRO to reduce background noise. ADRO is a type of noise reduction system where the focus is on the most important parts of the input, specifically where speech cues are. Our OTC hearing aids are not adjustable for background noise suppression like our clinical hearing aids are as the adjustments that can be made are in relation to the degree of hearing loss.
