Lutron utilizes its own proprietary communication frequency called Clear Connect. The Caseta Smart Bridge does not have ZigBee or Zwave capability built-in. Lutron is compatible with several third parties that do incorporate Zigbee and Zwave, though. You can see these third parties listed here: https://www.casetawireless.com/works-with.
