I think the -B is just a new revision of the original M5C. If your question is what is the difference between the M5 and M5C I think the primary one is that the M5C does not have a screen.

The only real difference is that the M5 has a screen and the M5C doesn’t have a screen, but it’s replaced with the app on your phone
