• Best Buy does not currently have the 16gb RAM options yet - you have to order directly from apple.

• No. The memory (RAM) is soldered to the logic board, it cannot be upgraded. You have to custom order it from Apple for the 16GB version. In the future Apple may ship 16GB versions but as of now only 8 is available.
