“Is this receiver affected by the bad chipset to where there is an audio lag running this through eARC with the Xbox Series X? I've seen that the majority of 2020 models have this issue. Don't want to lose 4k/120hz just to correct sound lag.”

All of our current 8K models have an issue with specific 8K sources when trying to pass 4K/120 and 8K resolutions. There will be a fix for that coming in the near future. With that said, we've tested 4K/120 and 8K with the PS5 and the 8K Nvidia graphics cards. Those 8K devices are working fully with our 8K AVRs.
