- Answer Yes, with a 5.2 channel primary area. See Marantz SR5015 manual online, speaker connections. FYI - I researched and compared Marantz and Denon, very thoroughly, including repeated back-and-forth sound comparisons in Best Buy's Magnolia Home Theater sound studio, and IMHO, there is no comparison. Denon sounds more rockish noisy, but Marantz sounds beautifully clear, clean and warm, and you can hear every instrument perfectly. Go Marantz!

- Answer The manual shows b-amp connections of front speakers using the rear speaker connections. Directions can be found on page 48 of the manual.

- Answer Basically the same answer I gave you for the Denon question. As long as the speakers are passive and can be connected to the AVR's amp terminals via bare wire or banana plugs, then that's fine. The sub needs to be powered and have an RCA type input. The sub connects to the AVR's Subwoofer Pre-out using the RCA connection.

QuestionWill this work with my old Best Buy Samsung TV? I don't think it has ARC or eARC but it does have an awesome picture. Also I've just turned 74 & My eyesight is bad could I pay a fee to get it installed? I'd pay for it all using my Best Buy card.

- Answer thanks for asking I do not know what connection you have on the back of your television but it will be one of the two optical or coaxial cable and if you have HDMI Connection you can use that which everyone you can choose will give you the perfect sound and picture you want.

- Answer Yes, you can use up to 7 channels if needed, so 5.1 is supported. You can also connect an external 5 channel power amp using the 5015's full RCA pre-out section.

- Answer yes it does have full screen display. i was actually looking at the Denon 3600 because i have another Denon and am very please with it but i ended up changing my mind and going with the Marantz.. I wasn't disappointed.

QuestionYou answered a question by saying all of your A/V Receivers are compatible with mp3 via USB. How about WMA and WMA Lossless? I'm asking because mp3, WMA, and WMA Lossless are not listed in the specs. That is concerning. You should update that.

- Answer Hello, While devices connected with HDMI cables (when CEC/HDMI Control is engaged) can talk with the SR5015, the functions are only very basic such as power and play. The remote control which is supplied is not a universal remote control. It will not control Apple TV or a DVR. Aftermarket universal remote controls are very popular as many of them can control an entire system. Such devices can be found at Audio Video specialists.

QuestionIs this receiver works good with ceiling speakers? I have bought other receivers with 100W, they don't work well with ceiling speakers. Looks like most of the receivers works well wall speakers.

- Answer Hi SB, It depends a lot on the expectations of the person using the equipment. Ceiling speakers are difficult to get to work well compared with speakers which are not flush-mounted, simply because the sound flush-mounted speakers produce isn't going to be as open as speakers on the wall, or especially speakers which are free-standing. Not all 100 watt receivers are created equally. Some receivers handle difficult loads better than others. Speakers can vary significantly in how tough a load they provide for the amplification.
