• I purchased the game, did not get a receipt code or email code. Contacted the website support rep, he said it was, then contacted bestbuy after and was told they wont honor it anymore because "while supplies last" and anything anyone else said is incorrect. Nice business you run here bestbuy.

• I did not a code for Kingdom Battle. I asked about it in store and the manager said the code was in the case, so he opened it there in store. Finding nothing, the manager then said to call Best Buy customer service. They were no help - saying I needed to deal with Nintendo directly. The short answer is no.
