- Answer I purchased the game, did not get a receipt code or email code. Contacted the website support rep, he said it was, then contacted bestbuy after and was told they wont honor it anymore because "while supplies last" and anything anyone else said is incorrect. Nice business you run here bestbuy.

- Answer I ordered it last week and there was no code in the box, and no code sent to my email. Checked spam, still nothing. Got in touch with Best Buy support and they basically said "sorry, you missed it!" even though I ordered the game during the promotional offer.

QuestionHas anyone actually received the free copy of the Mario Rabbids that is clearly in the description of this game? Everyone I called at Best Buy's customer service essentially said call Ubisoft, smh. Last game I buy from Best Buy.

- Answer They are not. Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Bowser, Rabbid Mario, Rabbid Luigi, Rabbid Peach, Rabbid Rosalina, and the mysterious new rabbid Edge are the nine playable characters. Rayman is to be added in DLC. Toad and Toadette are encountered in the story, trapped by puddles of darkmess that must be defeated to free them. However, there are no escort missions like from the first game.

- Answer Besides Bowser, the only "bad guys" from Mario games to appear in the game are Goombas and Magikoopas. The majority of enemies are new, Rabbid-based baddies.
