Can the mic be disconnected? null

Thank you for your great question! The microphone is built into the headphones themselves and can not be physically disconnected. If you are using the Monitor II ANC with a PC computer, you can disable the microphone via the control panel settings. With a phone or tablet - such as iOS or Android, the microphone will be automatically enabled when on a call, there is no way to manually disconnect, although you can likely switch to the mic in the phone.
