A: AnswerThank you for your great question! The microphone is built into the headphones themselves and can not be physically disconnected. If you are using the Monitor II ANC with a PC computer, you can disable the microphone via the control panel settings. With a phone or tablet - such as iOS or Android, the microphone will be automatically enabled when on a call, there is no way to manually disconnect, although you can likely switch to the mic in the phone.Answered by Customer Service

Sound & Stylish: Amazing Headphones!!!
I love these headphones! I did a lot of researching different options for noise cancelling options online before I went ahead and ordered something. Firstly, I have a very small head, and these fit me so well! Brands like Beats tend to sit really low on my ears, but these are great. I also like the shape too, as I have a helix piercing and they cup around my ears without hitting it and causing any discomfort. The toggle is so convenient and useful; it's so great to only have a couple of buttons, especially one main control that's used for sound and shuffling through songs. Very cushiony!! The app that goes with the Monitor IIs is also super cool and I've set up two different custom settings for when I listen to kpop and rock music so that I can really enjoy each genre to the fullest extent. The noise cancelling is also incredible! I haven't tried too many other pairs of noise cancelling headphones, but these absolutely do the job. The difference is amazing. Loving them for music especially, but also just to help tune things out. Marshall is known for their sound quality with their speakers, and their headphones did not disappoint! And BONUS??? Super stylish! I love the vintage/retro style of these headphones. I have gotten so many compliments on them already. A colleague of mine is already thinking of getting a pair for her son!

Crisp
The sound is just amazing love it alot only two downside ive notice is noise cancel will always be on at first so just press the left button or app to change that and volume is decent it can get up there but would not say loud

Good Pair of headphones
Great pair of headphones. They work as expected. I did have trouble for a little while connecting the bluetooth, but was able to get it done and its been good since. Definitely recommend that you get it on sale like I did.
