Must be a way to soak something for longer than 10 min !!!!! Why would you make a washer that can’t soak ??

If you are referring to the Maytag he 565 specifically, there is no option for a soak other than their soak option which only lasts 10 minutes.

Peg, can you clarify how long the soak cycle lasted?  The cycle does drain out the water after the soak cycle has completed.
