Hunter, you can try resetting the controls by either unplugging the Washer from the electrical outlet or by turning off your homes circuit breaker to the Washer for at least 2 minutes. If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend contacting Maytag Customer Service at 1-800-344-1274 between 8am-8pm EST Monday through Friday.
