There is an option for deep filling the tank. The regular cycle will only fill the tank on how many clothes you put in. It seems like the water is constantly running but it will run then agitate then run a little more until it fills automatically the amount is needed.

Please try again later.It does not remove hair the filter makes no sense it does not work if you're buying this to remove pet hair it does not remove hair I have three dogs and I never pull hair out of it and that's what I got it for my dryer pulls hair out by the handful and it's just a regular Maytag dryer just looking at the filter you could tell there's no way it would work for pulling filtering anything the washing machine works excellent on washing my clothes super clean but there's pet hair all over the inside of my washing machine but not in my filter

Please try again later.I have the Maytag front load pet pro washing machine 5.0 and it does not remove hair at all I have three dogs and I maybe pull one piece of hair out of it every 6 loads the filter makes no sense it doesn't work I don't know if it cost more because of that but if you're buying this washing machine to remove pet hair it won't do that
