A:Answer The older pedestal CAN be attached to the new washer, but it is not exactly the same as a new pedestal. Given the cost paid for the older one, I'd use it for then new machine. The selling agent said it would fit, the installer at first said no, then made it work. They should. the pedestals are too expensive to toss for a few inches overhang in the back.
It is level. Runs fine, no wobble or rattle or shaking or noise.
