QuestionDoes the "Soak" cycle on the washer dispense anything? Does it have an option to add bleach to a "soak" cycle? This is assuming the soak cycle water stays in the washer, and when I run a regular wash cycle -- it will include the bleach from the soak.

QuestionOur newly purchased washer Model MHW6630HC is not working. It will power on and it will lock and unlock the buttons, however, the display does not show any numbers and the nob does not change that. How is that fixed?

QuestionHow does the pre-wash settings get set on the controls? Does the rubber gasket around the door ever gets bad and can it be replaced if it does?

QuestionDoes this machine recirculate water which runs over the inside of the door intermittently during the cycles? What I mean is the entire door and rubber seal get rised directly by soap/water mult. times versus just getting splashed OR rinsed once a cycle.

QuestionIs drain and spin the same as spin only? So you can just throw something in to get extra water out without having to use any other cycles.
