“I have heard that washing machines with agitators are hard on your clothes. Has anyone experienced this with this machine? Is the delicate cycle gentle enough? Thank you in advance.”

• I have had mine for about month, has delicate cycle. I used on blouses I usually bring to cleaners. It did a beautiful job

• I have actually been without an agitator for several years and well I am going back to this model which has the agitator because without it the clothes don't seem to come clean.

• I don't think this agitator is hard on clothes. I think the spin cycle can be hard on your clothes if you opt for the highest level of spin.
