It's the most stupid thing I've ever seen making a tub that would hold a small automobile, and yet the water only ever get's 2 inches deep.

Cycles such as Heavy Duty or Bulky items will fill with more water than the more energy efficient cycles, such as normal. Load Size selection will also change the amount of water.
