“I’ve had my washer for about two years now and the chimes have completely quit working. They don’t work when I rotate cycles or when my cycle is complete. I have unplugged and plugged the washer back in. I have held down the audio button. But nothing work”

Hello Marina. You will need to touch the audible button once for low, twice for off, and three times for high. If you need further assistance, please contact Maytag at 800-344-1274. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.
