“Can you get an agitator for this machine that is like the agitator used in older machines? I bought this machine and was told I could get a different agitator. The machine cleans ok but it seems like it twist the clothes more.”

• I was told the same thing and now that seems to be untrue maybe. Can’t find a straight answer. I absolutely hate this washer. It does not get clothes clean at all.

• I have found out from my family And friends who have different machines. Have the same problems. I think that’s the new normal.
