A:AnswerIt’s hard to use without the app. I don’t like it for this reason and also when you have bulky loads they become off balance. The machine goes crazy, like in the old days. You have to rearrange everything and that’s maddening! It also will twist your clothes sometimes, also makes you crazy. Would not recommend this. It’s crazy that you have to use your phone, etc just so that you can get the laundry done!!

A:AnswerDoesn’t matter because their warranty is worthless. Our washer broke 3 months after we purchased it and they can’t seem to help us. Their solution was to send a 2 star repair company to give us the run around and not fix anything.
