The specs are Product Height 38 4/5 inches, Product Width 27 inches Product Depth 30 4/5 inches - this may be a problem as the dryer's exhaust is on bottom right in back and the depth increases with the silver tube that needs to be hooked up. Unless you have an outside wall in back of said closet that you can vent direct to outside by not sing the dryer silver exhaust hose, the silver exhaust hose increases the depth by about 10 inches if you must use it.
