Where do I get my pre-order bonus - the Reploid Remixes music tracks? null

Capcom's official website for the collection noted something to the effect of "preorder bonues for physical editions will be sent out at a later date" while digital preload versions on PS4 etc have already received it, so keep an eye on your inbox and call the support line if nothing shows up soon. Personally, I've had to call support SEVERAL times to manually issue preorder-bonus codes, so this seems like a recurring issue.

The tracks come included with the digital edition of of the box, but the offer is 100% applicable to physical pre-orders, too. You should get a code to download the tracks. 

I got my code via email after a few calls to 1-888-BEST-BUY. Have the order number handy. Reason for calling is "digital downloads." Tell them there was supposed to be a code on the receipt. Ask for a "code master" to look into it.

Call them about it. I got mine but I had to call two times, and the second time persist. She said like 4 times there is none but I kept asking if she checked this forum post that has a Best Buy moderator confirming there are codes https://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/Gaming-Support/Megaman-zero-switch-preorder-bonus/td-p/1336661

She eventually swapped me over to someone who knows what they’re talking about. So it’s definitely there, you just need to get them to transfer you to the right person. Anybody who says there is no code at all is incorrect. Hope this helps.

They were never sent out. You have to contact Best Buy support! I did.

As far as i red in the official communication from Capcom, it was only via their store via web. Best Buy didnt include that offer in the pre-order.
