• A:Answer Capcom's official website for the collection noted something to the effect of "preorder bonues for physical editions will be sent out at a later date" while digital preload versions on PS4 etc have already received it, so keep an eye on your inbox and call the support line if nothing shows up soon. Personally, I've had to call support SEVERAL times to manually issue preorder-bonus codes, so this seems like a recurring issue.
