You have options on how you want to purchase a game: •From your phone, open the Oculus app(sign in if you have to)and you could purchase any game from the store. or •While using the Oculus Quest 2, open the store and you’re automatically be put within the “Explore” section, from there you as well are able to purchase any game from the store. You do not require your phone to launch the games you have purchased. The Oculus App is simply for purchasing games without using the headset, and then can be downloaded to your Oculus Quest 2 if it is on and connected to WiFi. There are really great free games you can try out on the Oculus Store. Hope this helped!
