• Quest 3 uses a different strap as the plug in is in a different spot. Great question and I wish I asked it before I bought one :)

• Quest 3 is supposed to have its own strap, but they were recalled due to quality issues. Meta will eventually release one but I currently use a third party strap that hangs from my neck (zyber v). It actually charges the quest 3 from dead. The quest two strap is not compatible with the three as the brackets that attach to the head set are a different shape and the port for the charger plug is built into the the quest 3 headsets, while the quest two doesn't have that access so you wouldn't be able to plug it in while playing with it anyway.

• the quest 3 strap with a charger is sadly $90 more than the quest 2 one.
