Do not waste your time and money getting the Quest 3.

The Quest 3 is an absolute gigantic mess. The headset has quality control issues, grainy passthrough, overheats more than 2, and a mic that is worse than the Quest 2. I think Meta needs to issue a worldwide Recall on it.

Also if you are planning to do PCVR with it forget it. You will get the white stripe glitch as the Encoder has issues.

Your Quest 2 should be fine for a couple more years.

The olny benefit with the 3 is new SOC, better lenses, and better controllers. Other than that meh….. in this case negatives outweigh the positives.
