I personally find my self sitting down alot when playing oculus but I’m sure it depends on which games you are playing but I don’t see much difference in the games I play standing vs sitting

There are many games and apps that use whats called a stationary boundary. In other words, you can play them entirely seated with just upper body movement. However, other games will be limited if quick lateral side-to-side movement is limited. I recommend watching YouTube videos on games that interest you so you can get a sense of the physical aspects of that particular game.

Very much so. The controllers still operate just like a regular video games controllers allowing you to move around with out have to actually move your body. Plus there is so much you can experience that requires you to be stationary anyways.
