Yes Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, Peacock, Pluto, and Starz have VR apps. They mainly give you the feeling of sitting in a theater in front of a large screen. I think Amazon Prime probably is the highest quality but none really rival a great 4K TV. They are pretty darn cool though.

If you can log into it, you can play it. There is a full browser built in and other apps that can help. And if you cant find your streaming app the solution would be the same. Log in to netflix on the browser for example.
