Not easily! The quest sits on your nose in such a way that it is not easy to pick. For some reason, wearing this thing makes my nose itch and it’s not an easy scratch. The 3 has slightly easier access than the two and the lack of the top round thing on the controllers also helps. ;-)

yes but it will hurt because you are pushing your nose against the edge
