13 and up unless you are sitting literally next to your child. Teenagers say outlandish things that you cant imagine to little kids. And there are predators and pedophiles on there as well. Also there is an adjustment for the space between your pupils. Younger kids may not meet the minimum and will be playing out of focus. Thats bad for their eyes.

They recommend ages 13+ but my daughter has been playing games like Beat Saber since she was around 8 years old. Being able to read is really a necessity, but that's about it.

Ages 13+ but for ages 10 - 12 you can add parent control locks once you set up the meta quest app on your phone just go to settings and your good to go
