As long as you have successfully downloaded the program to a phone, table or PC already, which that step will require Internet service. Then to use it you can use the program after with or without internet service. You just wont be able to open any features or tabs that would require Internet searching tools.

Once downloaded and installed, your new software will not require you to be connected to the internet. In order to utilize the included 1 TB OneDrive storage space, an internet connection will be necessary, however, you can always save your files locally and offline.
