• No, a Surface pen is not compatible with this unit.

• Surface Pen works with these generations of Surface Devices: Surface 3, Surface Pro 3, Surface Pro 4, Surface Book, Surface Book 2, Surface Studio and Surface Laptop. The new Surface Pro, Surface Book 2, and Studio enable 4096 levels of Pressure Sensitivity and Pen Tilt.
