Yep, Windows RT and 8 are the only OSes for tablets that include real, full Flash. Android USED to have Flash, but hasn't in years, and it was never the real full version of flash anyway. Flash for Internet Explorer is now updated by Microsoft through Windows Update on both RT and 8, which is nice.
